Golden milk is a mix of turmeric and dairy-free milk along with a pinch of pepper, cinnamon and raw honey.
It is not only high in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, but it is also high in manganese and iron thanks to the turmeric.

- Fresh turmeric
- French ginger
- 2 cups of milk of your choice – we recommend almond, oat or coconut milk
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of turmeric infused honey
- ½ tsp of cinnamon infused honey
Pour milk, fresh turmeric (grated) and a ginger (cut) into a small saucepan and bring to a light boil.
Whisk to combine ingredients. Reduce heat to low and simmer for up to 10 minutes.
Strain the milk and add both kinds of honey and a pinch of black pepper and cinnamon. Mix well.
Your golden milk is ready to be served.
