It is all about the right combination of vegetables and fruits to get the perfect amount of nutrients with delicious taste.
- 5-6 chunks of broccoli
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 2 handfuls of kale
- 1 green apple
- 1 tbsp of sea buckthorn infused honey
- ¼ of medium size pineapple
- dash of lemon juice
Cut all ingredients into smaller pieces and put them in a blender.
Blend well and your green smoothie is ready to be served.
