Chia pudding is the perfect healthy breakfast or snack, it’s creamy, satisfying and loaded with protein, fibre and omega-3s.
We often eat chia pudding cold, but we prepared a slightly different version of the pudding – a warm spring edition.
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup of chia seeds
- ½ cup of oat/almond/coconut milk
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp of black seed infused honey
- 1 tbsp of almond butter (or any other nut butter of your choice)
Instructions:
Bring the milk and chia seeds to the boil.
Once boiling, reduce heat to medium/medium-high and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until chia pudding becomes thick and creamy.
Mix black seed honey with the pudding.
To serve, top the warm chia pudding with thinly sliced apples and a scoop of almond butter.
